PVC Banner 550gsm
All our banners are printed in full colour using solvent ink onto 550gsm PVC for a long life & are completely weatherproof. They come with a hemmed finish & eyelets as standard but can also be supplied with pole pockets if required. Our printer prints 1440dpi high resolution to give a sharp, vibrant finish.
PVC Mesh Banner 350gsm
Our Mesh banners are printed in exactly the same way as with our 550gsm ones except onto 350gsm Mesh. They too come hemmed & eyeleted as standard but can also be supplied with pole pockets.
Aluminium Composite
Aluminium Composite signs are made from a composite of acrylic & aluminium sheet which forms an Extremely Rigid Board. They include graphics which are printed with full colour solvent ink & finished with a gloss coat laminate & are completely weatherproof & fade resistant. As they are printed using CMYK process inks, it means there are no limits as to what you can have printed, whether it's single block colours or a full colour image, the cost remains the same.
The only difference in cost is down to you, if your sign is for promtions then Aluminium Composite 1yr will be fine. Alternatively you could go for the Aluminium Composite 5yr which is for more permanent signage.
5mm PVC Foamex
All of our Foamex signs include graphics which are printed with full colour solvent ink & finished with a gloss coat laminate & are completely weatherproof & fade resistant. Commonly used for Site Signs/Boards, Foamex is a weatherproof rigid Foam PVC Board.
As they are printed using CMYK process inks, it means there are no limits as to what you can have printed, whether it's single block colours or a full colour image, the cost remains the same.
4mm Correx
Correx signs are the cheapest signs available, commonly used by Estate Agents for TO LET/FOR SALE Signs & they are made from a semi rigid plastic.
All Correx signs include graphics which are printed with full colour solvent ink & are completely weatherproof, they too can be used as Site Boards as a cheaper alternative to Foamex but we would recommend them to be mounted onto a stronger substrate.
Magnetic Signs
All of our Magnetic signs are printed onto 1mm Magnetic sheet in full colour & finished with a gloss coat laminate which are completely weatherproof & fade resistant. They are commonly used as a non-permanant alternative to vehicle graphics which can be removed & replaced with minimum effort.
Other advantages are that they can be transferred to other vehicles which isn't possible with graphics. The maximum height for Magnetic Signs is 2ft (610mm) & can be supplied at any reasonable length although we recommend no longer than 4ft.
